Progressive Air was engaged by Graya to deliver the Mechanical works  for Palma — a high-end residential development in the sought-after suburb of Ascot. Known for their meticulous design and premium finishes, Graya required a mechanical solution that provided high performance while blending seamlessly with the home’s architectural aesthetic.

The package included the installation of 2 x Daikin ducted air conditioning systems, integrated with the AirTouch 5 smart zone management system for intuitive, zone-specific climate control throughout the residence. In addition, a EuroCave wine cellar conditioner was installed to maintain optimal temperature and humidity for wine storage, preserving the integrity of a premium collection.

This comprehensive system ensures exceptional indoor comfort, energy efficiency, and silent operation — all delivered with discreet, design-conscious integration.
