Progressive Air was engaged by Apollo Property to deliver the complete mechanical services package for a newly constructed NDIS facility in Carindale, designed to provide a safe, comfortable, and adaptable environment for individuals receiving disability support.

The project involved the supply and installation of 3 x Daikin ducted air conditioning systems, each equipped with a full operational zoning system. This setup allows for individual temperature control across multiple rooms in each dwelling, providing tailored comfort and efficiency — essential for disability support settings.

The mechanical scope also included comprehensive mechanical electrical works, with all systems installed and commissioned in accordance with project requirements and compliance standards.
