Progressive Air was engaged by Pagewood to deliver a full Design and Construct mechanical services package for the refurbishment of the Lucky Star Tavern, a busy hospitality venue located in Sunnybank, QLD.

The project was delivered in stages to maintain full operational continuity of the tavern, ensuring minimal disruption to patrons and staff throughout the construction period. The scope involved the design, supply, and installation of a complete mechanical system tailored to suit the venue’s operational demands, acoustic requirements, and compliance needs.

A combination of Daikin ducted and wall-mounted split systems was installed to provide zoned comfort throughout the bar, dining, and back-of-house areas. The package also included robust kitchen and toilet exhaust systems, along with mechanical electrical works to support seamless integration across all systems.

Scope of works included:

  • 3 x Daikin ducted air conditioning systems
