Progressive Air was engaged by Apollo Property to deliver the complete mechanical services installation for Little Locals Ripley, a modern early learning facility designed to provide a safe, comfortable, and healthy indoor environment for children and educators.

Working from pre-approved mechanical designs, our team supplied and installed a fully integrated HVAC and ventilation solution built around Daikin VRF systems, chosen for their zoning flexibility, quiet performance, and energy efficiency. The installation also included a Daikin Intelligent Touch Manager (iTM) for advanced system control and scheduling across multiple zones — ideal for a childcare environment requiring precision and reliability.

Complementary ventilation systems were installed throughout the site, including fresh air delivery, toilet exhaust, and a complete kitchen extraction system. Mechanical electrical works were completed across the project to support all systems to specification.

Scope of works included:

  • 3 x Daikin VRF systems

  • 19 x Daikin ceiling cassette fan coil units (FCUs)

  • 1 x Daikin wall-hung fan coil unit

  • 1 x ERV (Energy Recovery Ventilator)

  • Daikin Intelligent Touch Manager (iTM) for central control

  • Outside air systems throughout

  • Toilet exhaust systems

  • Kitchen range hood and extraction system

  • Complete mechanical electrical works

  • Full mechanical installation and commissioning
