Progressive Air was engaged to deliver the complete mechanical services package for the newly developed Food Precinct at 1–17 Compton Road, Underwood — a high-traffic hospitality precinct featuring Cafe 63, Subway, The Cheesecake Shop, and a Kebab outlet.

This project involved the supply and installation of dedicated HVAC and ventilation systems designed to meet the diverse operational requirements of multiple food and beverage tenancies. The systems were tailored for performance, ventilation efficiency, and compliance with hospitality standards, with a focus on effective kitchen exhaust and indoor comfort.

Scope of works included:

  • 8 x Samsung ducted air conditioning systems

  • 1 x Samsung wall-mounted split system

  • 3 x Stoddart commercial kitchen exhaust hoods

  • 2 x KEFs (Kitchen Exhaust Fans)

  • 2 x SAFs (Supply Air Fans)

  • Toilet exhaust system

  • Complete mechanical installation, commissioning
