Description

Progressive Air was engaged by Armada Built to deliver a full Design and Construct mechanical services package for Eden Academy Pacific Pines, a purpose-built early learning centre designed to support a safe, healthy, and comfortable environment for children and staff.

This project included the design, supply, and installation of a complete Daikin VRF air conditioning system, selected for its energy efficiency, low noise levels, and zoning flexibility — ideal for early learning environments. A comprehensive ventilation solution was also provided, including toilet exhaust, outside air systems, and a dedicated kitchen exhaust hood and system. Mechanical electrical works were completed throughout to ensure seamless integration and functionality across the site.

Scope of works included:

  • 4 x Daikin VRF systems

  • 14 x Daikin ceiling cassette fan coil units (FCUs)

  • 3 x Daikin wall-hung fan coil units

  • 2 x ERVs (Energy Recovery Ventilators)

  • Toilet exhaust systems

  • Outside air ventilation systems

  • Kitchen exhaust hood and extraction system

  • Complete mechanical electrical works throughout
