Progressive Air delivered the complete mechanical services package at 388 Brunswick Street, a commercial redevelopment located in the heart of Fortitude Valley.

This project involved the supply, installation, and commissioning of high-efficiency climate control and ventilation systems across multiple tenancies. Working alongside the builder and consultants, our team ensured all systems were installed to specification and met stringent performance and compliance standards.

This project showcases Progressive Air’s expertise in delivering integrated HVAC solutions for commercial fit-outs and redevelopments in high-density urban settings.

Scope of works included:

  • 5 x Daikin VRF systems with 21 indoor ducted FCU’s

  • 9 x toilet exhaust fan systems

  • 5 x outside air fan systems

  • 1 x Main Switchboard (MSSB)
