Description

Progressive Air successfully delivered the complete mechanical services package for the Officeworks fitout at 1–17 Compton Road, Underwood — a large-format retail space requiring robust and efficient HVAC infrastructure to support high foot traffic and operational demand.

The scope involved the supply, installation, and commissioning of multiple Actron air conditioning systems, along with a full building management system (BMS) for seamless climate control and monitoring. Our team collaborated closely with the Builder and project consultants to deliver the works to a high standard, ensuring all mechanical services were fully compliant with performance and energy efficiency.

Scope of works included:

  • 3 x Actron packaged units

  • 1 x Actron ducted system

  • 1 x Actron split system

  • Toilet exhaust system

  • General exhaust system

  • 1 x Main Switchboard (MSSB)

  • Full Building Management System (BMS) integration

  • Complete mechanical installation, commissioning, and NEBB-certified testing
